Guide to Statements

This page helps Members to understand the information in the annual statement of your accounts that we send out each year, or a statement that you've received after requesting it from us. The presentation of information is different when you login to your account online - the guide below is only for annual statements or statements that Members request from us.

Please note: the layout as well as description information has changed since January 2021, when we moved to a new computer system.

Statements sent to Members in February 2025 show transactions from 01 October 2023 to 31 January 2025.
