This page helps Members to understand the information in the annual statement of your accounts that we send out each year, or a statement that you've received after requesting it from us. The presentation of information is different when you login to your account online - the guide below is only for annual statements or statements that Members request from us.

Statements sent to Members in February 2026 show transactions from 01 October 2024 to 31 January 2026.
